- La Grande Odyssée VVF : from January 11th to 23th
- Trophy 1 : from January 11th to 13th
- Trophy 2 Allianz : from January 17th to 19th (reserved for teams of Nordic dogs: purebred Nordic dogs, or alaskan husky long distance lineage)
- Trophy 3 : from January 21th to 23th

Moreover, we are glad to announce you that La Grande Odyssée VVF and the Norway Trail have decided to join forces to create the Nordic Alps Cup.
The two major mid-distance races in Europe bring together the best teams in the discipline every year. This cup will award the best teams that have participated in both races in the same year. The competition will bring together in one ranking teams from the Open category and the Duo category. The Duo category which already existed on the Norway Trail is the big new feature on La Grande Odyssée VVF 2025. This category allows two mushers to take turns driving the same team one stage to another. By creating the Nordic Alps Cup, the Grande Odyssée VVF and the Norway Trail want to showcase the mid-distance and encourage more mushers to participate in both races. The Grande Odyssée VVF will take place in Auvergne Rhône Alpes, France, from January 11 to 23, 2025. The Norway Trail will take place in Valdres, Norway, from March 2 to 9, 2025.
